Jennifer K. Gershberg, Esq., teaches Business Ethics and Business Law at the University of Maryland. She has also taught Legal Research and Writing and Legal Rhetoric at American University Washington College of Law. Prior to teaching, she worked as a commercial litigator at two law firms in Washington, D.C. Many of her cases arose out of employment disputes which raised both legal and ethical questions.
Professor Gershberg received her B.A. in English from Cornell University and her J.D., with distinction in Legal Research and Writing, from The George Washington University Law School. She lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with her husband and three children.
